The card did not have an imprinted expiration date. I called BA (Blue Agave) and asked them to check a gift card balance. The entire dining experience was unprofessional and slow - from the initial phone call to being kicked out of the establishment at 6:30 pm. With prior employment in the service industry and being a high-end hospitality mystery shopper and a CO investigator - I pay attention to service detail. The word 'Gift Card' threw this entire establishment into a tizzy! This rating is a ZERO.
